As CEO and Design Principal at Lammey + Giorgio since October 2011, Stephen has championed a human-centered approach, enhancing client collaborations to create meaningful experiences. Experience includes directing project strategy for over $300 million in construction projects, founding the creative consultancy SG Work, and consulting for Philadelphia 2035, which focused on resource management for community activation. Notable design contributions also include significant developments at Temple University and involvement in high-profile projects with various architecture firms. Stephen holds advanced degrees in architecture and industrial design and has completed professional education programs, including Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.
