Anne Clarke Wolff

Anne Clarke Wolff is a seasoned financial services executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent institutions. As the Founder and CEO of Independence Point Advisors since September 2021, Anne has created a platform for strategic financial guidance. Concurrently, Anne serves as a Board Member at Amphenol, chairing the Pension Committee while contributing to the Nomination and Governance Committee and Audit Committee. Previously, Anne held significant positions at BofA Securities, where responsibilities included Chairman of Global Corporate and Investment Banking, overseeing client relationships and driving global initiatives for women's leadership. Additional roles included leadership at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citigroup, and Salomon Brothers. Anne holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Colby College.
