Victoria Martindale

Victoria Martindale is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as VP People at Amplience since April 2025. Previously, Victoria held the position of Director - Human Resources (EMEA) at insightsoftware from December 2022 to April 2025 and served as Global Human Resources Director at Unily between September 2020 and December 2022. Prior roles include Head of People and Culture EMEA at Adobe Workfront, Country HR Manager for the UK, Middle East, and South Africa at Keyloop, and People Business Partner at Virgin Media. Victoria began a career in HR as an HR Business Partner at ELIS and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, obtained in 2000.
