Davide Gentile has held various HR leadership roles throughout their career. Davide started off at Fastweb as a Human Resources Specialist from 2006 to 2009. Davide then moved on to Lactalis Group as a Human Resources Generalist for the first half of 2011. Later in 2011, they joined Whirlpool Corporation as an HR Plant Generalist and then became a Talent Development Manager for the EMEA Region. From 2014 to 2015, Davide worked as an HR Manager in the retail sector at Luxottica. In 2016, they joined Whirlpool Corporation again, this time as an HR Manager for Manufacturing in the EMEA region. In 2018, they became the Head of HR for the Italy Market at Whirlpool Corporation. After that, they joined Amplifon as the HR Director for Australia. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Global Organization, Change, and Capabilities Director at Amplifon. Currently, they hold the position of France HR Director within the company.
Davide Gentile has a diverse education history. Davide completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology at Università degli Studi di Bari from 2002 to 2005. Davide then pursued a Masters of Work and Organizational Psychology at the same university from 2005 to 2008. In 2009-2010, they attended ISTUD Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organization. Currently, they are enrolled at SDA Bocconi and is expected to complete an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they have plans to attend Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in 2023 for a program called "A world of Finance: Global Economy, Markets and Institutions." in the field of Finance.
