Massimo Meloni has a strong background in HR, with extensive experience in various roles and industries. Massimo started their career as an Industrial Relations Intern at Saras, where they gained knowledge in the field. Massimo then interned at the Consulate General of Italy in Istanbul, working in the Economic Affairs Office. Massimo later joined the University of Cagliari's Orientation and Career Office as an intern. In 2010, they interned at Eni SpA in the Managerial Development department.
