Anderson began a career in education consulting with the Education International Cooperation Group in 2014. Academically, Anderson holds a Master of Education in Technology, Innovation, and Education from Harvard University, alongside coursework from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chinese from Williams College, and a Language Certificate in Chinese Studies from Minzu University of China.
