Prior to this role, Buttigieg held significant positions such as HR Senior Director at Cynosure, LLC, and HR Director at Emergent Holdings, focusing on developing HR frameworks and managing substantial benefits budgets. With experience spanning across various educational institutions and organizations in HR leadership roles, Buttigieg has demonstrated expertise in compensation structures, benefits administration, and workforce analytics, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and Wayne State University, respectively.
