Alastair Brass has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the retail and customer service industry. Alastair most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of amplify5. Prior to that, they were the Retail Operations Director at Marks and Spencer and the Customer Contact Director at British Gas. Alastair also held roles at Centrica, Dixons Carphone, Capita Customer Management, Thomas Cook, Dixons Retail, JRBH Strategy & Management, and Procter & Gamble, where they gained experience in transformation, operations, customer service, and strategic development.
Alastair Brass obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.
