Mr. Gagnon has over 20 years of experience in the RF and microwave industry. He is extremely proficient with all rules and regulations necessary for adherence to internationally recognized quality standards, such as ISO 9001 and AS9100 along with over 30 years’ experience with IPC-A-610 standards. He is also well versed in all areas of manufacturing-related processes. This includes extensive knowledge of Contract Review and Conversion of Customer Requirements, Design and Documentation Control, Inspection (Incoming, In-process and Final), Environmental Screening, Testing, Internal Audits, Failure Analysis, Employee Training, FOD and ESD Control.
