Vantania Pelzer

Vantania Pelzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace management and operations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Workplace at Amplitude since November 2021, Vantania focuses on enhancing the employee experience and optimizing office functionality. Prior roles include Senior Facilities Manager and Office Manager at Alation, where Vantania played a key role in scaling the company from 40 to over 300 employees. Vantania's career also encompasses management positions at various organizations, including office management and operational roles at My Learning Studio, MTW, and Old West Events, as well as a background in interior design as the owner of VCP Designs. Vantania holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University.
