Batina has held various HR management positions in companies such as MB Haynes Corporation, Jacob Holm, Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, Henry Schein, and AMPORTS Inc. Currently, Batina serves as a member of Chief, a private network focused on empowering women executives into leadership roles.
