Eugene Simine is a software developer with experience in developing software solutions using full stack Microsoft tools including C#, . NET, . NET Core, WPF, SQL, ASP, and Azure cloud products. Eugene has worked at the AMPP Association for Materials Protection and Performance since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NACE International from 2015 to 2020 as a software developer and systems analyst, analyzing and building enterprise solutions using Microsoft stack. Eugene introduced elements of TDD into the development process and improved the overall design and architecture of the existing code base. Before that, they worked as a research associate at York University's Center for Vision Research from 2007 to 2014, developing code for various research projects ranging from computer vision and robotics applications to psychophysics and brain imaging experiments. Eugene has also worked in other roles such as R&D Programmer at StressCam Operations & Systems Ltd., Software Developer at Palomino System Inovations Inc., and research assistant at York University and Canadian Space Agency as a co-op intern. Their experience has involved using C/C++, Matlab, Java, Delphi, and Labview.

Eugene Simine completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science at York University between the years of 1997 to 2001, followed by a master's degree in the same field at the same university between 2003 and 2006. In addition, they have completed several certifications in machine learning and deep learning which were obtained through various Coursera course certificates between 2016 and 2019.
