Peace Onawumi

Peace Onawumi is currently a Technical Lead in Machining Dynamics at AMRC. Prior to this role, Peace worked as a Research Associate and Project Engineer at the same company. Peace completed their PhD in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at Loughborough University, where Peace also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Project Supervisor. Their research focuses on optimizing and improving machining processes in aerospace CFRP/Ti stack, implementing hybrid machining techniques, and using Finite Element Analysis. Peace has extensive experience supervising and supporting undergraduate and postgraduate projects and has a background in Aeronautical Engineering.
