Daniel O'Meara

Daniel O'Meara is an experienced software engineer currently employed at Amrock since June 2020. Key achievements include leading a successful transition from Java to Kotlin, increasing the use of Kotlin from 8% to 68% within two months, and coordinating major refactoring efforts to enhance code maintainability. Previously, Daniel served as an associate software engineer, focusing on enhancing appraiser partner experiences within a challenging mobile architecture. Prior to Amrock, Daniel worked as a barista and cashier at Busch's Fresh Food Market, providing high-quality customer service, and as a part-time sales associate at Great Lakes Ace Hardware, where relationship building and product demonstrations were key responsibilities. Daniel is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in January 2025.
