Joe Geibig

Joe Geibig is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in application support and business analysis. Currently at Amrock since May 2016, Joe has served in multiple roles including software engineer, software developer, and application support analyst, becoming a subject matter expert in Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting application logs. Prior to Amrock, Joe worked at Racelogic Ltd as a lead technical support engineer, where customer needs were analyzed to relay relevant solutions, and collaborated with UK and German support. Joe also held the role of lead support technician at VBOX USA, providing product support and customer training, and gained hands-on technical experience as senior laptop technician at Laptop Design USA, as well as lead resident technician at Staples. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Computer Technology from Wayne State University, completed in 2020, and previously pursued computer science studies at Oakland Community College.
