Marc A. began their career in 1994 as a Marketing Manager and Project Coordinator at AMS Controls. In 1998, they moved to AMS Graphics as General Manager. In 2000, they returned to AMS Controls where they held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Vice President - Operations, Executive Vice President, and Controller.
