Kirsten Timmer

Kirsten Timmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in spiritual care and education. Currently serving as a Geestelijk verzorger at Amsta since July 2024, Kirsten is also the founder and owner of Aan Uw Zijde, where services include grief counseling and educational support since May 2019. Kirsten has a long-standing involvement with the Baptist Church as a speaker and preacher since August 2008. Previous roles include Geestelijk Verzorger at De Zorgcirkel and various teaching and leadership positions at Hermann Wesselink College. Kirsten holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Theology and Islamic Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
