Jeff Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jeff started their career at TRIAM Automotive in 1993 as a Quality Systems Liaison, where they worked until 1999. Jeff then joined TransForm Automotive in 2002 as a Quality Engineer for two years. Jeff then worked at Flex-N-Gate from 2004 to 2009, first as a Plant Manager and then as a Plant Manager (SPD), managing the SPD Facility in Warren, MI. Jeff moved on to Magna Powertrain in 2011, where they served as a Quality Supervisor/Engineer, responsible for supervising 10 Quality Techs and handling supplier rejections and claims. In 2014, Jeff joined Bayloff Stamped Products as a Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing the quality management system at two facilities. Currently, they are working at Amsted Automotive since 2017, initially as a Multi-site Quality Manager, and now as the Director of Quality.
Jeff Fleming attended East Tennessee State University from 1986 to 1990, studying Business Administration.
