Erin Gallagher

Erin Gallagher, CPP, is a seasoned professional in payroll and benefits management, currently serving as the Manager of Benefits and Compensation at Amsted Industries since November 2024. Prior to this role, Erin held several key positions, including Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Amsted Automotive and Director of Total Rewards at The Heico Companies LLC. With extensive experience in payroll practices and tax compliance, Erin has managed payroll departments and tax responsibilities for large organizations, including Schneider Electric and Reyes Holdings. A graduate of Benedictine University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Erin also holds the Certified Payroll Professional designation from the American Payroll Association.
