Dianne's previous role as Sr. Human Resources Manager at Philips Electronics involved managing HR functions for multiple locations and overseeing Compensation for North America. Earlier experience includes a position as an HR Specialist at MCI Systemhouse, focusing on global corporate HR information. Dianne holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
