Joe Heller has extensive work experience in logistics and transportation. Joe started their career in 1992 as a District Sales Manager at Alliance Shippers, Inc, where they were responsible for sales growth in the St. Louis metro area. Joe then worked as a Senior Logistics Manager at White-Rodgers Div. of Emerson from 1995 to 2006, overseeing logistics operations for an international corporation. From 2007 to 2014, Joe was a Logistics Manager at ANOVA, Inc, where they managed the supply chain for a domestic corporation. Currently, Joe is the Director of Logistics and Transportation at Amsted Rail Inc., a multi-divisional corporation with manufacturing operations in several countries. In this role, they are responsible for centralized controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to all logistics processes for the company's divisions worldwide. Joe'sresponsibilities include cost containment, on-time delivery, contract negotiations, carrier and supplier selection, international compliance, performance measurements, and 3rd party warehousing/distribution.
Joe Heller received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Behavioral Management from Iowa State University from 1982 to 1987. Later, they obtained an Executive MBA in Business from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005.
