Bobby Stamper began their work experience as a Market Manager at Sherwin Williams from 2005 to 2007. They then worked as a Yard/Shipping/Receiving Manager at Menards from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they served as a Process Improvement Intern at CIGNA. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Staff Consultant at Pershing Yoakley & Associates. They then joined Altegra Health as a Valuation Analyst from 2012 to 2014, and later became a Valuation Consultant from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they started working at Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting as a Consultant until 2017, when they were promoted to Manager. Finally, they took on the role of Director at Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at AMSURG since 2021.

Bobby Stamper holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Bobby attended this program from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, Stamper earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Operations Management from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Bobby completed their undergraduate studies from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their academic degrees, Stamper has obtained a certification as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) in February 2017.
