Cindi Anderson possesses extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving as a Senior Auditor at Amtrak OIG since November 2016. Previous roles include International Finance Manager at Electro-Motive Diesel, where Cindi directed the establishment of a legal entity in Russia and managed ongoing statutory reporting. Cindi has also held positions such as NPI Manager and Global Cost Accounting Manager at Electro-Motive Diesel, Controller for Snap-on's Diagnostics Division, and Financial Reporting Manager at Rand McNally. Earlier career experiences include financial leadership roles at APL, Scentex, North American Bear, Fearn International, Morton Thiokol, and Ernst & Young. Cindi holds an MBA in Marketing & Operations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
