Adria Boetig

Adria Boetig is an experienced professional in employee relations, compliance, and investigations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Relations & Investigations at Amtrak since April 2015. Previously, Adria held various roles at Amtrak, including Director of HR Investigations, Director of HR Compliance & Risk Management, and Director of Employee Relations & EEO Compliance. Prior to joining Amtrak, Adria worked at Dollar Tree Stores from 2007 to 2015 as Associate Counsel - EEO and EEO Specialist. Adria began a career in public service at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) from 1997 to 2004, serving as Supervisory Investigator and Investigator. Adria holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Davis.
