Jacob Silverman

Jacob Silverman is an experienced industrial engineer currently serving as Industrial Engineer III at Amtrak since September 2022, where responsibilities include developing performance metrics through ERP data analysis and improving business processes through standardization. Previously, Jacob held the position of Lead Industrial Engineer, employing methodologies such as ADKAR and PDCA to enhance equipment maintenance strategies and reliability. With a strong background in continuous improvement and process engineering, Jacob has worked at Niagara Bottling and Eaton, focusing on safety and compliance as well as production process development. Additional experience includes managing the deployment of RDI(TM) capacitive deionization technology at Atlantis Technologies and supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego.
