Joseph Paul has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and contract management within the transportation and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Mechanical Contracts at Amtrak since 2015, Joseph Paul focuses on improving operational efficiency and safety in the Mechanical Department while leading initiatives for employee development, equipment acquisitions, and financial resource management. Previous roles include Director of Mechanical Contracts at Amtrak and various engineering leadership positions at TerraSource Global and Pennsylvania Crusher Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed complete design and project management for large-scale machinery in coal mining and power generation. Joseph Paul also held key positions at International Mill Service, contributing to significant contract awards and engineering advancements in steel mill operations. An alumnus of Widener University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Joseph Paul has a solid foundation in engineering design and project execution.
