Katherine Coonradt, RA, FMP, LEED AP, is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in facility management and architectural design. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Major Stations Facilities at Amtrak since April 2017, Katherine has previously held key positions such as Facilities Manager and Sr. Architect within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of Justice as Architect and Regional Energy Conservation Coordinator, as well as positions with KSK Architects Planners Historians, Berzinsky Architects, DAROFF DESIGN, and HOK. Katherine holds a Master of Architecture from Rice University, a Certificate in Facility Management from Villanova University, and dual degrees—a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design—from Ball State University.
