Michael Banoub

Michael Banoub is an experienced professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of the Gateway Program in Capital Delivery at Amtrak since June 2022, after holding roles such as Senior Manager in Project Controls and Principal Project Manager. Prior to Amtrak, Michael worked at HNTB from January 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing significant projects related to New York Penn Station and PATH recovery efforts after Superstorm Sandy. Michael's earlier career included positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff and Buck, Seifert & Jost, starting as an engineering intern and progressing to Civil Engineer II. Michael holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Bucknell University.
