Mike Zecca is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in construction management and structural design. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Engineer of Stations at Amtrak since March 2016, Mike oversees the execution of the $1.6 billion Moynihan Station Program and manages Amtrak's involvement in over $1 billion of projects at NY Penn Station. Previous roles include Director of Capital Construction and Construction Program Manager at Amtrak, Principal Engineer for Capital Improvement Projects, Owner's Representative/Project Manager for the School District of Philadelphia, Director of Structural Engineering at Lippincott Jacobs, and Project Structural Engineer at Jacobs. Mike's background includes significant work on high-value projects, such as the $100 million Facade Restoration of 30th Street Station and the $70 million Delaware Third Track Project. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
