Singh Kulveer

Singh Kulveer is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Senior IT Project Manager at Amtrak since July 2010, Singh oversees the delivery of Document Management Services and manages new enhancements, while also conducting requirements workshops and planning the SDLC process. Singh additionally works as a Senior Management Consultant at DISYS since January 2014, and previously offered independent consulting in blockchain and smart contract development between July 2016 and January 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Consultant at Unbounded Solutions, Inc., where Singh designed document/content management systems, and as a Software Developer at HCL Technologies, responsible for SOA-based solutions using the .NET stack. Singh holds a Master of Science in Ubiquitous IT from Dongseo University, a Master's in Computer Science from Maharishi International University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from UPTU.
