Bertrand Carrez

Bertrand Carrez has extensive experience in real estate finance and debt management, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Debt at Amundi since September 2017, where responsibilities include developing and managing the Commercial Real Estate Debt franchise. Since January 2015, Bertrand has also held the position of DGA Immobilier and Global Head of Real Estate - Debt & Equity at Acofi Gestion, focusing on the development of real estate debt assets and thematic products. Prior to this, from March 2012 to December 2014, a role as Responsable Dette Immobilière at La Française Real Estate Managers involved initiating and developing real estate debt activities. Earlier career stages include being a Senior Partner at Athema Corporate Finance, launching the Real Estate Debt Advisory franchise, and leading the Real Estate Finance division at Natixis from 2000 to 2010. Bertrand's education includes a civil engineering degree from Arts et Métiers and a management diploma from IAE Lille.
