Benjamin Flood

Benjamin Flood is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as a Senior Training and Development Specialist/Instructional Designer at Amway since April 2022. Flood has a solid background, having previously worked as a Training and Development Specialist at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company, where the focus was on formal Claim Training initiatives. A substantial part of Flood's experience includes roles at Farmers Insurance, both as a Senior National Vendor Team Member and a Senior ADP Claims Representative, with an emphasis on handling product, property, and casualty claims. Additionally, Flood has a strong foundation in education from experiences as an elementary school teacher and long-term substitute in various school districts. Flood holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Central Michigan University and has pursued further education in general and Spanish language education.
