David Godfrey

David Godfrey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and collaboration, currently serving as Manager of Business Intelligence & Collaboration at Amway since October 2009. In this role, David leads a global team within Research & Development, focusing on cross-divisional application design, database management, knowledge management, and technical training. Prior to this position, David held roles such as Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and Scientist in Consumer Product Research, where expertise in Visual Basic programming, SharePoint site design, and consumer insights was applied. David's research experience spans multiple countries, including the US, China, Japan, Korea, and Germany. Earlier career experiences include an internship at Blackmer for plant efficiency improvements and a Marketing Manager position at Sears, Roebuck and Co., overseeing a team while handling customer service operations. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Product Development and Manufacturing along with a minor in Mathematics from Grand Valley State University.
