Rainey Repins

Rainey Repins has extensive work experience at Amway. Starting in 1997, they held various positions such as Chief Counsel for Central & South America and Chief Counsel for Europe and Central & South America. From 2012 onwards, Repins took on roles including Manager in the Legal Division, Director/Associate General Counsel for Portfolio Companies & Strategic Transactions, Global Compliance & Privacy Officer/Associate General Counsel for Corporate Services & Acquisitions, and currently, Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Corporate Services, Global Compliance/Privacy, and Legal Ops.

Rainey Repins attended Fairfield University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish, French, and Secondary School Education. Following this, they went on to attend the University of Connecticut School of Law from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Juris Doctorate degree.
