Trevor Wander

Trevor Wander is a Compensation Specialist at Amway since February 2023, previously serving as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant at National Heritage Academies from December 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included administering employee health, welfare, and retirement benefits while ensuring high-quality customer service. Prior to this role, Trevor held a temporary position in Compensation and Benefits at Amped Reality and acted as the Human Resources and Operations Team Lead from March 2019 to December 2020. Trevor earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Hope College from 2015 to 2019 and participated in an Erasmus program at The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2017.
