Kevin Dietzel

Kevin Dietzel has worked for Amyris since 2009, starting as a Scientist. In 2015, they moved to Intrexon Corporation as Associate Director of Metabolic Engineering and Systems Biology. In 2018, they returned to Amyris as Director of Product Innovation, then Associate Director of Product Innovation, Associate Director of Enterprise Program Management, and finally Senior Scientist.

Kevin Dietzel obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Yeast Genetics from the University of California, Davis between 2004 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Biology & Chemistry with a focus in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Western Kentucky University between 1997 and 2002.
