Mutlu Ocak is an accomplished general manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently leading Anadolu Etap since June 2021. With a proven track record at Coca-Cola CCI from 2008 to 2021, Mutlu managed diverse teams and developed strategic business plans that drove sustainable growth. Previous roles include leadership positions in supply chain and procurement, where significant operational efficiencies and cost savings were achieved. Mutlu's educational background includes an MBA from The College of William and Mary and a Master's in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Anadolu Etap was established in 2010 with the partnership of the Anadolu Group and Özgörkey Holding, envisioning the strategic importance of agriculture in Turkey’s future and the need for quality fruit and juice on the market. It is the first agricultural company in Turkey to publish the "Sustainable Agriculture Principles" and adapt them to its business plans. It creates an exemplary sustainable role model for Turkish agriculture by leading the development of agriculture and agro-based industry with its 7 farms, 5 million planted fruit trees, 3 fruit juice factories, and 1 packaging facility in 6 different regions of Turkey. It exports its fresh fruit and fruit juice concentrate products to over 65 countries in wide geography extending from the Far East to the USA. In addition to the fruits it produces on its farms, it purchases fruits from nearly 4,000 villages and farmers in Turkey. Operating with the mission of "healthy fruits for healthy generations", Anadolu Etap is a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact.
