Hurşit Zorlu, who completed his higher education at the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University, started to work as a Marketing Specialist in the Efes Beverage Group, a subsidiary of Anadolu Group, in 1984, after serving in various positions at Toz Metal and Turkish Airlines. During his career at Efes Beverage Group, he held various positions such as Marketing Chief, Project Development Assistant Manager, Project Development Manager, Business Development and Investor Relations Director. He served as Efes Beverage Group Financial Affairs and Investor Relations Director between 2000-2008 and Anadolu Group Financial Affairs Director between 2008-2013. Hurşit Zorlu, who was appointed as Anadolu Group Executive Vice President in January 2013,

Hurşit Zorlu, who also serves as a member of the Board of Directors in various companies of the Anadolu Group, also chairs the Group's Sustainability Committee. Zorlu is a member of the DEİK Foreign Investments Business Council Executive Board, a board member of the Turkish Investor Relations Association (TÜYID) and the 8th term chairman of the Turkish Corporate Governance Association (TKYD) between 2015-2017.
