André Andonian

Mr. Andonian is the Chief Executive Officer of Andonian Advisory Pte. Ltd., a consulting firm that he founded that provides board and executive-level advisory services to both public and private companies. He is also a Special Advisor – Senior Partner Emeritus at the consulting firm McKinsey & Company. During his almost 35 years at the Firm, he held executive leadership roles across Europe, the US, and Asia, more than doubling the size of McKinsey’s practice in Japan and building Advanced Industries into a multi-billion-dollar practice. Mr. Andonian has particular expertise in transforming companies into global leaders in the high-tech, advanced industries, aerospace, biotech, and basic materials sectors, and has deep experience in the assessment and development of talent. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Andonian gained operational experience at Masco Corporation in the United States and IBM in Austria, Spain, and the Middle East. He was a Fulbright Scholar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his MBA with distinction, and holds an MA and a BA in Social and Economic Sciences.
