Kerri Murphy Colicchio, MBA, currently serves as the Global Head of HR Operations, Services & Transformation at Analog Devices since January 2025. Previously, Kerri held several key positions at Avantor, including Vice President of HR Transformation & Global Solutions, and Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition & HR Operations from April 2023 to January 2025. At Regeneron, Kerri acted as Sr. Director and Global Head of HR Operations, leading the development of a comprehensive HR services team between February 2019 and April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson, where Kerri was Director of Employee Relations/Labor Relations and Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Process Architect, as well as positions at Covenant Contracting and Merck & Co., Inc., where Kerri rose to Senior Director of Operational Excellence. Kerri holds a BA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an MBA from Rutgers University—Newark, along with a certificate in Executive Negotiation from The Wharton School.
