Richard Whitney

Richard Whitney is a seasoned electrical engineer with a diverse background in embedded hardware design and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Mixed-Signal Embedded Hardware Engineer at Analog Devices, Richard specializes in analog and digital hardware design, signal integrity, and power distribution network analysis. Previous experience includes co-founding SparkCharge, where Richard played a key role in product development and secured investment from Shark Tank, as well as leading systems engineering with accolades such as being a Techstars Alumni and 43North Grand Prize Winner. Richard's earlier roles encompass electrical engineering positions at ICM Controls and Z-AXIS, Inc., as well as integration and testing at Saab Sensis Corporation. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Onondaga Community College.
