Ahmed Hussein is an accomplished professional in the field of RF power systems with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Director of RF Power Systems at Analogic since 2014, Ahmed has led a team in developing advanced RF amplifiers for MRI and industrial applications, while also managing technology roadmaps and budgets. Previous positions include Analogic Fellow (RF) and Principal Electrical Engineer, where project management of cost-effective RF amplifiers and generators was a key focus. Ahmed’s background includes consultancy work in RF and microwave design, academia as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University, and a history of innovative engineering solutions in various organizations. Ahmed holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electromagnetics from Virginia Tech.
