Georganne John

Principal Analyst at ANSER

Georganne John, PMP, serves as a Principal Analyst at ANSER since August 1989, currently leading the OUSD(A&S) Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program to evaluate the effects of automation on the defense industrial base workforce and to develop strategies for workforce attraction and training. Previous roles at ANSER include Senior Analyst, focusing on strategic and modernization planning for the Air Staff and Air Force Space Command, and Analyst, responsible for comparative assessments and modeling of strategic defense systems. Before ANSER, Georganne John worked as a Research Analyst at the Center for Naval Analyses from 1985 to 1989. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and both a Master’s in Statistics and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
