Nils Holst

Nils Holst is a strategic planner at ANSER, providing support to mission integration and strategic planning teams since June 2022. Previously, Nils served as a data analyst for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense, where analytic products, apps, and automated business processes were created. Nils also has teaching experience as a graduate teaching assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where responsibilities included editing papers and advising students. Prior experience includes serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer, leading a significant hiking expedition and developing an environmental curriculum, and holding various editorial roles at Golf Scorecards, Inc. and The Siskiyou, which involved managing quality control and conducting community outreach. Nils earned a Master of Arts in Global Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Southern Oregon University.
