Olivia Y. H.

Olivia Y. H. is a skilled analyst and team lead with extensive experience in defense and nonproliferation sectors. Currently serving as CWC Team Lead at ANSER, Olivia provides direct support to the Naval Treaty Implementation Program within the Department of the Navy. Prior roles include Regulatory Analyst, supporting compliance efforts at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and various analytical positions at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, including contributions to the East Asia Nonproliferation Program. Olivia has also interned at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, focused on China's global influence, and has held early career positions conducting research at the United States Naval War College and The Nature Conservancy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature, Political Science, and International Relations from the University of Rhode Island.
