David Goggin

David Goggin is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management, particularly in support of NASA and Department of Defense projects. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor at Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. since May 2010, David provides support to the Chief Engineers office for the NASA Game Changing Development program. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at ARES Corporation, where responsibilities involved integrating flight test planning, and an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, focused on developing Integrated Test Plans. David also managed projects at Jacobs Technology, notably the Ares I-X Avionics project, and served as Lead Rotordynamics Engineer at Rocketdyne Division, Rockwell Corporation. David holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Texas A&M University.
