Milica Prodanović currently serves as the Head of HR and HR Business Partner at Ananas E-commerce, overseeing core, support, and operations functions across Serbia and Macedonia since June 2023. Previously, Milica held the position of EMEA People Development Partner at GEODIS for a brief period, and prior to that, worked at GRUNDFOS as a Training and Development Specialist, focusing on performance management and strategic goal planning. Experience at Adient included roles as an HR Professional with responsibilities in talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management, along with a foundational HR career at Johnson Controls, where Milica began as an HR Assistant and advanced to HR Professional. Milica Prodanović has pursued education in Economy and Human Resources Management at Singidunum University and the University of Kragujevac.
