Yael Arad

Yael Arad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various sectors. Currently serving as an IOC Member and contributing to the E-Sport, Marketing, and Digital Technology Commissions of the International Olympic Committee since March 2012, Yael Arad has also been the President of the National Olympic Committee of Israel since March 2013. With a background in consumer products as Head of the CP Division at Ananey, a Paramount Company, and as a Senior Advisor at Playtika, expertise encompasses digital entertainment and marketing strategies. Yael Arad has founded Concept 4 Success, focusing on marketing strategies for kids and teens, and has held board positions at organizations such as Snunit, a leader in online education in Israel, and Mogobe, a secure virtual world for children. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Reichman University.
