Pam Polizzi is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user research and design. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of UX at Anaplan since February 2016, Pam has progressed through various leadership roles including Director, UX Research, and Senior Manager, UX Research. Prior to Anaplan, Pam held significant positions at Autodesk, where responsibilities included Principal User Experience Designer and Principal User Researcher, contributing to agile development teams and establishing robust user research practices. Other notable experiences include roles at Bank of America as a Senior Usability Engineer and at Peoplesoft as a Usability Engineer. Pam's earlier career involved usability specialization at Sage IT Partners/Xpedior, and research assistance at Lucent Technologies. Pam holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark University.
