Kyle Betit

Kyle Betit has extensive experience in genealogy and travel program management, currently serving as the Travel Program Operations Manager at Ancestry since January 2003. Responsibilities include developing and managing ancestral travel services and leading a genealogical travel team. Previous roles at Ancestry include Senior Genealogist and Research Manager, and Tree Director for the TV show "Who Do You Think You Are?", involving extensive research into celebrity family trees. Additionally, Kyle co-founded ProGenealogists and served as co-owner of El Patio del Colibrí Restaurant in Mexico. With a professional background in research and education, Kyle was also Director of the Good Samaritan Program at the Cathedral of the Madeleine and co-editor of a quarterly Irish genealogical journal. Educationally, Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Utah.
